編制超聲波清洗工藝,一定要滿足客戶對產(chǎn)品的清潔度和生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的要求,即能滿足產(chǎn)品的和數(shù)量指標(biāo),這是工藝設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則。

編制主工序的中阿清洗工藝,清洗工藝要滿足下一道工序加工的需要。例如在電鍍前必行除油清洗,否則會(huì)影響鍍層的結(jié)合力:又如金屬件、塑料件在表面噴漆前一定要進(jìn)行清洗,去除油污,以保證涂層的結(jié)合力;再如在一些液晶顯示器、光學(xué)鏡片、金屬件、切削刀具的表,要真空鍍膜、化學(xué)鍍膜或者離子鍍膜,需要較高的潔凈表面,它們的前處理,一定要嚴(yán)格洗否則會(huì)影響鍍膜質(zhì)量;在粘接、電子?xùn)c焊接、真空熱處理、防銹等許多工序的前處理,都要進(jìn)行除油清洗,否則會(huì)影響下道工序的進(jìn)行。
