清洗工業(yè)零部件用的步進式清洗機的原因?

進式輸送清洗機,用于清洗外殼零件。清洗工件放在托盤(或料筐)上,輸送采用腳爪移動步進。每個托盤可以放置兩個工件。差速器殼清洗時有內(nèi)腔清洗工位,探頭上下掃描清洗。當(dāng)清洗其他工件時,探頭不動,但底部旋轉(zhuǎn)噴嘴移動。本機由2臺PLC控制,清洗不同工件時,選擇不同的清洗程序。除人工裝卸外,其余均自動完成。車站布局如下:
Feed conveyor cleaning machine, used for cleaning shell parts. The workpiece to be cleaned shall be placed on the pallet (or basket), and the transportation shall be carried out by means of claw moving step. Each pallet can hold two pieces. When cleaning the differential case, there is an inner cavity cleaning station, and the probe scans up and down for cleaning. When cleaning other workpieces, the probe does not move, but the bottom rotating nozzle moves. This machine is controlled by two PLC. When cleaning different workpieces, different cleaning programs are selected. Except manual loading and unloading, the rest are automatically completed. The station layout is as follows:
1.工位:送料工位,工件由人工吊裝到托盤上。
1. Station: feeding station, the workpiece is manually hoisted onto the pallet.
2.工位:吸霧空工位。
2. Station: fog suction air station.
3.工作站:表面清潔。
3. Workstation: surface cleaning.
4.工位:內(nèi)腔清洗。
4. Station: inner cavity cleaning.
5、工位:隔離空工位。
5. Station: isolate the empty station.
6、站:外部沖洗。
6. Station: external flushing.
7.工位:沖洗內(nèi)腔。
7. Station: flush the inner chamber.
8、工位:用壓縮空氣吹干外表面。

9、工位:卸料工位,人工起吊下料。

(2) 組成:洗衣機由機體、儲液罐、輸送裝置、清洗漂洗系統(tǒng)、清洗漂洗液過濾系統(tǒng)、清洗漂洗系統(tǒng)組成。液體加熱溫度控制系統(tǒng)、壓縮空氣干燥系統(tǒng)、霧氣冷凝系統(tǒng)、氣動控制系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、集中潤滑系統(tǒng)等組成。
(2) Composition: The washing machine is composed of body, liquid storage tank, conveying device, cleaning and rinsing system, cleaning and rinsing solution filtering system, and cleaning and rinsing system. Liquid heating temperature control system, compressed air drying system, fog condensation system, pneumatic control system, electrical control system, centralized lubrication system, etc.
1、本體與儲液罐:鋼焊接框架結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)層不銹鋼板,外扣板。其中,儲液罐中間采用硅酸鋁棉作為保溫層。體內(nèi)與水接觸的部分均采用不銹鋼制造。壓縮空氣干燥室和熱風(fēng)干燥室為雙層,內(nèi)襯硅酸鋁棉保溫材料。儲液罐上設(shè)置液位計,液位低時切斷電加熱和水泵,并發(fā)出報警。
1. Body and liquid tank: steel welded frame structure, inner stainless steel plate, outer gusset plate. Among them, aluminum silicate wool is used as the insulation layer in the middle of the liquid storage tank. The parts in contact with water inside the body are made of stainless steel. Compressed air drying room and hot air drying room are double-layer, lined with aluminum silicate wool insulation materials. The liquid level gauge is set on the liquid storage tank. When the liquid level is low, cut off the heating and water pump, and give an alarm.
2、輸送裝置:由減速電機、齒條和小齒輪、送料架、棘爪、支撐滾道等組成,減速電機上的齒輪與送料架上的齒條嚙合,使送料架上的棘爪推動托盤(工件)單向進給,實現(xiàn)逐級進給。輸送平穩(wěn),步距準(zhǔn)確。進料架由鋼材制成并鍍鋅。
2. Conveying device: It is composed of a reducer motor, a rack and pinion, a feeding frame, a pawl, a supporting raceway, etc. The gear on the reducer motor engages with the rack on the feeding frame, so that the pawl on the feeding frame pushes the pallet (workpiece) to feed in a one-way way, realizing progressive feeding. The conveying is stable and the step distance is accurate. The feeding frame is made of high-quality steel and galvanized.
3、清洗沖洗系統(tǒng):由泵組、輸液管路、噴嘴等部件組成壓力清洗和沖洗系統(tǒng),主要由表面旋轉(zhuǎn)清洗噴嘴、底部移動掃描噴嘴和腔內(nèi)清洗伸縮探頭組成。
3. Cleaning and flushing system: the pressure cleaning and flushing system is composed of pump unit, infusion pipeline, nozzle and other components, mainly composed of surface rotating cleaning nozzle, bottom moving scanning nozzle and cavity cleaning telescopic probe.
(1)環(huán)形升降噴嘴:氣缸帶動環(huán)形噴嘴上下移動,對工件的前后左右、頂部進行掃描清洗,覆蓋面大,清洗質(zhì)量高。設(shè)定清洗時間后,環(huán)形噴嘴正好停在工件上方,使輸送的工件順利通過。
(1) Annular lifting nozzle: the cylinder drives the annular nozzle to move up and down, scanning and cleaning the front, back, left, right and top of the workpiece, with large coverage and high cleaning quality. After the cleaning time is set, the annular nozzle stops just above the workpiece to make the conveyed workpiece pass smoothly.
(2)底部旋轉(zhuǎn)噴嘴:依靠水力自行旋轉(zhuǎn)。

(3)型腔清洗:位于工件頂部的伸縮探頭由氣缸驅(qū)動,通過工件內(nèi)孔穿入型腔進行清洗,對工件型腔進行掃描清洗,避免清洗死角和死角,增加了對表面的覆蓋,以確保清潔質(zhì)量。往復(fù)數(shù)次后,探頭正好停在工件上方,使工件順利通過。
(3) Cavity cleaning: the telescopic probe at the top of the workpiece is driven by the air cylinder, and it penetrates into the cavity through the inner hole of the workpiece for cleaning. It scans and cleans the cavity of the workpiece to avoid cleaning dead corners and dead corners. It increases the coverage of the surface to ensure the cleaning quality. After reciprocating several times, the probe stops just above the workpiece to make the workpiece pass smoothly.
(4) 材質(zhì):環(huán)形提升噴嘴和探頭為鍍鋅管。環(huán)形升降噴頭上的噴頭為銅球形可調(diào)固定噴頭。

Feed conveyor cleaning machine, used for cleaning shell parts. (2) 組成:洗衣機由機體、儲液罐、輸送裝置、清洗漂洗系統(tǒng)、清洗漂洗液過濾系統(tǒng)、清洗漂洗系統(tǒng)組成。液體加熱溫度控制系統(tǒng)、壓縮空氣干燥系統(tǒng)、霧氣冷凝系統(tǒng)、氣動控制系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、集中潤滑系統(tǒng)等組成。

2. 3. Cleaning and flushing system: the pressure cleaning and flushing system is composed of pump unit, infusion pipeline, nozzle and other components, mainly composed of surface rotating cleaning nozzle, bottom moving scanning nozzle and cavity cleaning telescopic probe.
(1)環(huán)形升降噴嘴:氣缸帶動環(huán)形噴嘴上下移動,對工件的前后左右、頂部進行掃描清洗,覆蓋面大,清洗質(zhì)量高。設(shè)定清洗時間后,環(huán)形噴嘴正好停在工件上方,使輸送的工件順利通過。
