與碳?xì)淝逑礄C(jī)不同,當(dāng)超聲波電源將50Hz的日常供電頻率改變?yōu)?8KHz后,通過輸出電纜線將其輸送給粘接在盛放清洗劑溶液的清洗槽底部的超聲波換能器,由換能器將高頻的電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機(jī)械振動(dòng)并發(fā)射清洗液中。當(dāng)高頻的機(jī)械振動(dòng)傳播到液體里后,清洗液內(nèi)即產(chǎn)生上述空化現(xiàn)象,達(dá)到清洗的目的。由于超聲波的頻率很高,在液體中所產(chǎn)生的空化作用可以達(dá)到28000次/秒,幾乎可以說是不斷地在進(jìn)行,在液體中由于空化現(xiàn)象所產(chǎn)生的氣泡數(shù)量眾多且無所不在,因此對(duì)于工件的清洗可以非常徹底(在工業(yè)清洗機(jī)上應(yīng)用廣泛),即使是形狀復(fù)雜的工件內(nèi)部,只要能夠接觸到溶液,可以得到徹底的清洗,又因?yàn)槊總€(gè)氣泡的體積非常微小,因此雖然它們的破裂能量很高,但對(duì)于工件和液體來說,不會(huì)產(chǎn)生機(jī)械破壞和明顯的溫升。
Unlike hydrocarbon cleaning machines, when the ultrasonic power supply changes the daily power frequency from 50Hz to 28KHz, it is transmitted to the ultrasonic transducer attached to the bottom of the cleaning tank containing the cleaning solution through the output cable. The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration and emits it into the cleaning solution. When high-frequency mechanical vibrations propagate into the liquid, the above-mentioned cavitation phenomenon occurs in the cleaning solution, achieving the purpose of cleaning. Due to the high frequency of ultrasound, the cavitation effect generated in liquid can reach up to 28000 times per second, which can be said to be continuous. The number of bubbles generated by cavitation in liquid is numerous and ubiquitous, so the cleaning of workpieces can be very thorough (widely used in industrial cleaning machines). Even for complex shaped workpieces, as long as they can come into contact with the solution, they can be thoroughly cleaned. Moreover, because the volume of each bubble is very small, although their rupture energy is high, there will be no mechanical damage or significant temperature rise for the workpiece and liquid.
