此,我們在選擇超聲波清洗設(shè)備時,一般工件高度都在30cm以下,那么選用的超聲波清洗設(shè)備在槽高約40cm左右,選擇底部單個振動板,功率保持在每平方厘米0.3~0.5w。如果工件太大,或者每次清洗量太大,我們選擇的水箱高度在40cm以上,一般按功率上升計算,一般選擇11W/L。
