超聲波清洗技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與研究特點

超聲波清洗是功率超聲中大的一個分支,也是實際應(yīng)用中為廣泛的。超聲清洗有許多明顯的優(yōu)勢,與傳統(tǒng)的清洗方式相比,清洗后剩余的殘留物較少,超聲清洗速度快、節(jié)約水資源、綠色無污染、對物件的損傷小、清洗效果好、清洗質(zhì)量高、便于實現(xiàn)自動化等,這種型的超聲清洗技術(shù)已在電子機電、輕工紡織、航空航天、軍事鐵路、精密儀器、醫(yī)療器械等國民建設(shè)的多個領(lǐng)域廣泛使用,且備受好評我國對這門技術(shù)研究的較早,比如研究超聲波清洗機機理研究和超聲波清洗機的幵發(fā)、設(shè)備生產(chǎn)、清洗工藝,現(xiàn)在這門技術(shù)已比較成熟。隨著科研工作者對超聲空化現(xiàn)象、壓電換能器等領(lǐng)域的深入研究,超聲清洗技術(shù)得到了迅速發(fā)展。
