超聲波頻率的選擇:

低頻率:超聲波空化閥值與頻率有密切關(guān)系。頻率越高,空化閥值越高,頻率低,空化閥值越低,越容易產(chǎn)生空化,有利于清洗作用,但易損傷腐蝕工件表面,因此對(duì)工件表面要求較高的工件不適合選擇較低的頻率,低頻超聲波清洗一般適用于大型工件表面或者污物與工件表面粘合度高的情況下使用。而頻率越低,空化越強(qiáng)烈,產(chǎn)生的噪音也相應(yīng)偏大。
